Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to work with you to resolve it.
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not require items to be returned in order to receive a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will be happy to reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost. If you prefer, you may instead request a full refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible, requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@tadlockdesign.com and include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photo(s) showing the problem with the item
Photo documentation is required so that we can verify the issue and improve our products and fulfillment process.
Return of Item Not Required
In most cases, you will not be required to return the item. Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to request additional information if necessary to verify the claim.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

The request is submitted more than 7 days after delivery

No photo documentation is provided

The item shows signs of misuse, alteration, or intentional damage
